Return Policy

Software returns
Unopened computer software may be returned in the original unopened package within seven (7) days of your receipt of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. Special order software is subject to additional restrictions, see below. Most special order software may not be returned. Please contact Michael Ruth or another customer service representative with any questions at 301-590-2555.

Hardware returns
Only store credit or merchandise exchange is available on hardware returns. Custom configurations and turnkey solutions are subject to special restrictions. Most unusual custom configurations may not be returned. Printers that have had ink cartridges or toner installed are non-returnable unless they are completely non-functional upon first use. Please contact Michael Ruth or another customer service representative with any questions about our return policies.
