Download MacHelpMateIf your Mac can get online, we can also Remote Control to your system and fix the problem right then.  We do this through a secure connection established by MacHelpMate (a remote control software licensed to MBS for this purpose).

2) Double-click on the MacHelpMate application to open it 

3) Click "View"

4) Click "Remote Support"

5) Click "Share my Screen"
